We have an education email list to keep teachers up to date on education events, last minute workshop opportunities and occasional special offers. AMAZING TICKET DISCOUNTS FOR SCHOOLS & YOUTH GROUPS

Parties of 10 or more qualify for discounted seats for children on appropriate productions, excluding some Fri and Sat evenings.  Tickets usually £7.50 each (Panto £8.50) plus 1 adult goes FREE with every 10 children paid for.  Additional accompanying adults will be charged at the group discounted rate.  Seats may be restricted to certain parts of the auditorium. You can reserve your tickets in advance with payment not due until 6 weeks before the performance (10 weeks for Panto).  Contact Group Sales on 0131 529 6005 for more information and to book.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there anywhere for my class to eat their packed lunch?

There are several rooms at the Festival Theatre, and a room at the King's Theatre, than can be used for this purpose. Please call Caroline Brophy, Theatre Manager on 0131 662 1112 for more information.

Do you offer work experience?

No, we cannot offer work experience at this time because of a lack of staff time and resources.

Do you have a youth theatre?

Scottish Youth Theatre hold drama classes at the Festival Theatre on Fridays and Saturdays. Please visit their website at www.scottishyouththeatre.org for more information or call them on 0141 552 3988.

Are there discounts for schools and youth groups?
