Booking fees
The website offers a real time online booking system, with immediate confirmation of bookings. After you book tickets online, you will be sent an email receipt noting the details of your booking such as the charge made to your debit/credit card and the details of the seats allocated.
The online system allows you to buy up to a maximum of ten tickets per performance. We do however offer group discounts on most shows for bookings of eight or more tickets (ten or more for certain shows) so, to take advantage of these savings, call our Group Sales Department on 0131 529 6005 or email groups@eft.co.uk.
All tickets booked online are subject to a booking fee of 50p per ticket, which will automatically be added to your shopping basket total. Festival City Theatres Trust also charges a handling charge of 75p per transaction.
Ticket Availability online
We list availability of tickets for events and performances in all seating areas for all performances. Requests for tickets are received in many other forms in addition to website requests. As such, ticket availability may change from the time of checking availability to the time of requesting tickets.
